This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which products purchased from Elegance Homez (“EH”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) may be returned, refunded, or replaced.
By placing an order on our website, the customer (“you”, “your”, “user”) agrees to be bound by the terms stated herein.

1. Eligibility for Return

1.1. A return request must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery as recorded by the logistics partner.
1.2. The product must be returned in unused, original, and undamaged condition, without any signs of wear, usage, physical damage, scratches, dents, stains, missing components, or operational marks.
1.3. The product must be returned with complete original packaging, including internal protection materials, user manuals, accessories, and any other items received in the package.
1.4. Products that show any indication of usage, deliberate or accidental damage, tampering, mishandling, or incorrect operation shall be deemed non-returnable and will not qualify for refund or replacement.

2. Mandatory Proof Submission

2.1. In the event of receiving a product that appears defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer shall provide clear photo and/or video evidence showing:
a. The state of the product,
b. The outer packaging,
c. The product label, and
d. The issue being claimed.
2.2. Evidence must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will render the return request invalid.
2.3. If the evidence does not sufficiently demonstrate that the damage existed prior to customer handling, the Company reserves the right to reject the return request.
2.4. Any claim of damage caused by the Company or during shipping must be proven by the customer. Lack of satisfactory proof shall result in non-acceptance of the return claim.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Products shall be deemed ineligible for return or refund under any of the following conditions:
a. Product exhibits any sign of use.
b. Product is damaged due to customer mishandling, fall, moisture, improper use, or negligence.
c. Original packaging or accessories are missing.
d. Damage/defect claim is unsupported by proper evidence.
e. Return request raised after the permitted 7-day window.

4. Return Charges & Deductions

4.1. For all approved return requests (excluding cases where the product is confirmed defective or incorrect due to Company error), a return processing & logistics fee of ₹100 shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
4.2. The deduction is applicable per return request and is non-negotiable.
4.3. If the return is approved due to Company fault, the return fee shall be waived.

5. Return Process

5.1. Upon approval of a return request, the Company will provide the customer with return instructions and arrange pickup through its logistics partner.
5.2. The customer must securely pack the product to prevent damage during transit.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to reject the returned product if it fails quality inspection upon arrival.

6. Inspection & Refund Timeline

6.1. All returned items undergo a thorough Quality Check (QC) upon receipt.
6.2. Refunds shall be initiated only if the product passes the QC process and meets all eligibility requirements.
6.3. Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days from the date of QC approval.
6.4. Refunds shall be issued only to the original mode of payment. No alternative modes will be entertained.
6.5. If QC fails, the product will not be refunded. The customer may request re-delivery of the rejected item at their own shipping cost.

7. Order Cancellation

7.1. Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
7.2. Once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. The customer must proceed with the return process after delivery.

8. Payment Terms

8.1. The Company currently accepts prepaid online payments only.
8.2. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
9.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/State].
